Forehand-Backhand Course Outine

As with most of our course outlines, Forehand-Backhand 2.5  is designed to be used with one facilitator and perhaps one assistant for each group of four to eight individuals, depending of course on how many courts you have available.

The drills can be modified to accommodate larger or smaller groups by having people line up behind each other on the practicing side of the court and  having people feed balls to them (suggested for groups on one court larger than eight) or by having “odd” people rotate in clock- or counter-clockwise after each few shots. The latter rotation also gives people experience hitting from different positions on the court.

Unsolicited advice? Talk very little…show and then have people do.
