Class Evaluation Form

There’s nothing particularly magical about a class evaluation form. Yours could certainly differ from this one if you wish. However, one thing is magical, and that’s getting feedback. So what kind of feedback do you expect to get? Here’s some guidelines that may be a bit ironical but nonetheless they are true statements in our experience.

1. Any evaluation form (including this one!) that asks for numerical evaluation of a particular instructor or class will be rated higher than it deserves. If  you are using a 1-5 scale for your numerical evaluation, we wouldn’t be surprised if you got nothing lower than a “4” in some categories.
